Mike Marciniak

Mike Marciniak, owner of Bluewater Construction, was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, growing up along the Manatee River. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a degree in finance, Mike began his career in real estate acquisitions, quickly transitioning to property management by founding his own company in 2016. His passion for new construction, eventually led to him joining forces with his father-in-law to build custom luxury homes. ​In June 2025 Mike took full ownership of the company. Throughout this journey, Mike has leveraged his autonomy to innovate and streamline processes, integrating modern technology to enhance project management, client communication, and overall experience. Known for his attention to detail and dedication to quality, Mike has cultivated strong industry relationships that contribute to the excellence of every home he builds. For Mike, each new project represents not only a professional challenge but a personal commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
